As reported, Signature Bank has declined to accept US dollar deposits on Binance. The cause has not been disclosed at present, however, it is known for certain that dollar deposits for countries other than the United States have been inaccessible since February 8th.

Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao states that only a small fraction of users, 0.01%, made deposits in dollars each month. However, Zhao highlights that the suspension of dollar deposits is temporary and the Binance team is actively working on finding a new solution.
